Since 2018 our company has been cooperating with residential area Renaissance within service maintenance of facade and window systems of the buildings. With the alignment with the Management company we perform the replacement of constructions, their elements and IGUs based on the requests from tenants and owners, keeping the integrity and appearance of the facade.
The main point in such work is from one hand-side to implement the requests of the tenants (e.g replacemnt of IGU for safe and security ones), and from the other had-side – keeping the integrity of the all the elements of the building. To achieve that when designing the construction we not just use the mentioned aluminum system but we use only glass with certain coverage to make the new windows (in terms of colour and appearances) look the same as the ones installed before.
